Vesuvianite

Found in Mount Vesuvius, Italy, which is where it's name is derived. Also found in the Northeastern parts of America, Russia, Norway, Sweden and Siberia. Benefits are both physical and meta physical. Believed to help with emotional balance. Helps release negative thoughts and energy.
