Rose De France Amethyst

While amethyst is known for its deep, royal purple color, the Rose de France Amethyst strikes a subtler note. This rare lilac version of the powerful crystal held an honored place in the Crown Jewels of England and was very popular in Victorian jewelry. Mostly found in the Anahi mine of Bolivia, its delicate color comes from a lower presence of iron. Rose de France mends heartbreak, soothes anger, and heals emotional wounds. It also helps open one’s heart fully to experience the compassion known by Jesus and Buddha. A stone of joy and empathy, and unconditional love, Rose de France has been worn by every Pope since the sixteenth century.
