Druzy Quartz

When water collects and then evaporates on quartz, it forms tiny crystals, called druzy or druse, that sparkle in the light. Druzy can vary from almost transparent to translucent and opaque, and colors can include white, red, yellow, orange, or brown. When coated with metallic vapors, they can even become iridescent. Reminiscent of sugar or snow, druzy quartz is highly sought-after for its dazzling finish.

Known as the “Gemstone of Heaven,” Druzy Quartz opens blocked-up power and helps find one’s vision. It endorses strength, promotes fresh ideas and reinforces the spirit. Because of its ability to grow in conjunction with the host rock or matrix, druzy is also great at charging and enhancing the energies of other stones and of harmonizing a group of people toward a common spiritual aim.
